Tattoo Removal and Screening:

The New Start program will be held on the third Saturday of each month at the Mandalay Bay Clinic located 2500 South C Street Suite C, in Oxnard. Tattoo removals and screening starts at 8:00 AM and will continue until 2:00 P.M.
