The New Start program contains Job Training in conjunction with several federal and state agencies as well as private companies. The training involves many different job classifications from computers to janitorial to mechanical.

Upon completion of the program, they have gained valuable experience, received two letters of recommendation and a certificate of completion from the Chuck Muncie Youth Foundation.

Junior Caddie Program:

In conjunction with Golf Group of America, we train young men and women to be fully certified caddies. Golf Group of America provides remote controlled robotic caddie units called "PK2" to golf courses and our caddies operate the double bag units for the golfer while performing all the duties of a trained caddie; from giving yardage's and raking bunkers to reading greens and tending flags.

Young people are recruited from schools near the golf course and go through a six week classroom video and field training regimen. The foundation also provides on course supervision and insurance coverage.
